Strathdon Investments delisted from AIM as of 9 January 2012 in accordance with the approved resolutions of the general meeting on 30 December 2011.
Strathdon Investments Ltd and its subsidiaries (together the "Strathdon Group") holds a portfolio of unquoted investments which are in the process of realisation. These investments are primarily in UK-based technology application businesses. Strathdon Group is focussed on extracting maximum value out of its existing portfolio.
The Board of Strathdon Group is now responsible for all day to day activities of the Group Entities including inter alia portfolio management and financial reporting.
